The dates of the course are September 29 – November 8, 2013.
The costs for the course of 6 weeks will be $250 all included, except transport to get there.
This is a 6 week course for you as a YWAM leader, if you have already had five years experience in leadership. If this is you, we invite you to attend the course which is U of N credited. If you are a regional, national, base, school or other team leader, with a focus on Africa, this course is for you – Welcome!
During the teaching, we will cover subjects like :
leading out of a passion for God;
reigniting your spiritual passion;
building and developing a team leadership;
developing and attaining vision;
mentoring and coaching the next generation;
understanding the phases of a leader’s life;
understanding your personality and gifts;
dealing with and being free of the hidden issues and dangers of a leader’s life;
dealing with conflict and seeing reconciliation happen;
giving leadership by example….and much more
All these subjects will be taught with a focus on the cross cultural context of YWAM teams working together in Africa seeking to bring transformation to the continent.
Our theme is: ‘Transformed leaders bring transformation to communities and nations’.
There will also be times of worship, intercession, prophetic and other workshops, one to one mentoring and personal prophetic encouragement, mentoring groups, creative expressions, discussions, panel questions, assignments, celebrations and much more, including time to be together to learn from one another and from the Lord.
